Scrub and wash potatos properly (making sure for no dirt left). Wipe with a kitchen towel.
Now using a sharp knife, carefully make a series of vertical cuts through the potato, (making sure cuts should be 3/4 of the way through the potato).
Spread 1 tbsp butter over each potato, sprinkle some salt, pepper and parsley.
Bake the potatos for 40-45 minutes or until cooked in a preheated oven.
Now you may serve like this or spread some more butter or place small cheese pieces in between the each slice of potato and grill it for 7-8 minutes just before serving.
Serve warm with green chili sauce. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Be careful while slicing the potatoes vertically, cuts should not be more than 3/4 of the way through the potato.
You may also use finely chopped vegetables for topping before grilling it.
You may also use chili sauce/ green chili sauce or mustard sauce as well to serve with.
You may adjust the butter as per your requirement. the more butter you use, more yummy it is.
