Ingredients
- 1 cup Uncooked Rice (Washed and Soaked)
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Soyabean nuggets/ Soya Chunks
- 1 medium carrot (sliced julienne)
- 1 medium onion (sliced julienne)
- 8-9 nos French Beans (sliced)
- 0.5 cup Cottage Cheese/ Paneer (chopped in small cubes)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (sliced julienne)
- 2 nos Green Chili (Chopped)
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
- To Taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Ghee/ Oil
- 0.5 tsp Cumin Seeds/ Jeera
- 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds/ Rai

Recipe Notes
- Adjust spice as per your taste and tolerance.
- Cook soya chunks in hot water before putting them in rice, otherwise they will be hard.
- You may add more vegetables as per your choice or availability.
- You may also garnish rice with some finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve them hot with any curry, daal, chutney, papad or with just curd.
