Ingredients
Naan
- 2 cup All Purpose Flour/ Maida
- 2 tbsp Semolina/ Sooji
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 cup Curd/ Yogurt/Dahi
- 2 tbsp Oil
Stuffing
- 2 medium Potato/ Aalu (Boiled)
- 1 medium Onion/ Pyaz (Optional) (Finely Chopped)
- 2-3 nos Green Chili/ Hari Mirch (Finely Chopped)
- 2-3 tbsp Cottage Cheese/ Paneer (Grated)
- To Taste Salt

Recipe Notes
- First of all check baking powder, it should not be too old.
- For better results sift the maida twice with all other dry ingredients well before using.
- Knead the dough with very light hands until it soft and smooth.
- You may also add flavors to your bread (mix spices or herbs in maida before starts adding wet ingredients).
- You may also use sesame seeds, kalonji (Black cumin/ Black onion seeds), fresh coriander leaves, chopped green chilis, finely chopped garlic ets, to top your naan after rolling and before cooking.
- While cooking make sure your tawa/ oven/ gas tanddor is preheated on high.
- For stuffing you may choose the ingredients of your choice and spices as per your taste.
