Ingredients
1
cup
Semolina/ Suji
2-3
tbsp
Ghee
0.75
cup
Sugar
(Or as per taste)
4
cup
Water

tbsp
Almond
(Chopped)

tbsp
Pistachio
(Chopped)

Raisin/ Kismis
Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan on medium flame.
When ghee is hot enough add suji and fry until golden brown in color. (Keep it stirring otherwise it may burn)
When done add water and sugar, mix well.
Turn the flame to high, and let a boil come. (Keep it stirring in between)
When a boil comes, reduce the flame to low and cover the pan. Leave it for 3-4 minutes.
After 3-4 minutes, switch off the flame. And leave it for another 5 minutes. (Do not open the cover)
Now garnish with chopped almond, pistachio and raisins. Serve Hot!
Recipe Notes
Keep suji stirring regularly otherwise it may burn.
Vegan may substitute ghee with shortening or vegetable oil.
Adjust sugar as per your taste.
