Ingredients
For Dumplings

Instructions
Take aata, sugar and soda in a bowl. Mix with sufficient water to make a smooth thick pouring consistency batter. Keep aside.
For sugar syrup take sugar and water in a pan and heat on high flame. Boil for 4-5 minutes on high flame and switch off the gas. Keep aside.
Now take ghee in a kadai or a pan. When ghee is hot enough, pour 1-2 tbsp batter inside to make dumplings. Fry till brown in color.
Remove and dip in to sugar syrup for 2-3 minutes.
Take them out and serve hot.
Recipe Notes
Beat well the batter to a smooth paste make sure no lumps.
Deep fry to crisp.
Do not dip dumplings for a long in sugar syrup.
Serve immediately.
