Heat sugar and water in a pan. Let it boil on high flame. When it starts boiling, reduce the flame to medium. And let it boil till 2 string consistency.
Now add chopped nuts, keep stirring and switch off the flame. Keep it stirring untill the mix dries and all the nuts separates.
When the sugar syrup dries and coated well on nuts and all nuts separates from each other, remove in a bowl and let it cool down.
Serve only when it cools down completely. You can store this in a airtight container for weeks.
Recipe Notes
You can use your choice of nuts.
Here i used Almond, Cashew, Raisin and Dates.
You may also use whole nuts.
After adding nuts switch off the gas and keep it stirring continuously until the mix dries well otherwise it may stick to a block and become hard.
This can be stored in an airtight container for weeks.
