Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 0.5 tsp Cumin Seeds/ Jeera
- 1 medium onion (Chopped)
- 1 inch Ginger (Chopped)
- 1 medium Potato (Washed, peeled and diced)
- 2 medium Cucumber (Washed and diced)
- 1 large carrot (Washed, peeled and diced)
- 1 small Capsicum (Or Bell pepper any color)
- 1 cup Daliya/ Whole Wheat Broken (Roasted)
- 3 cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt (Or as per taste)
- 1-2 tsp Dry roasted Cumin/ Bhuna Jeera

- You may add many more vegetables which is easily available to you and of your choice like, tomato, peas, beans, cauliflower etc.
- Preferably cut all the vegetables of same size.
- You may add more spices like red chili powder or green chili slitted.
- Adjust salt as per your taste.
