Daliya/ Whole Wheat Broken
(Roasted)

(Or as per taste)

Dry roasted Cumin/ Bhuna Jeera
Instructions
Wash, peel and cut ready all the required vegetables.
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add jeera let it cracker.
Saute onion til pink in color. Add ginger saute.
Add potato and fry for few seconds.
Add rest of the vegetables and fry.
Then add roasted daliya and mix well.
Add water, salt and bhuna jeera powder. Close the lid and pressure cook for 1 whistle on high and then 3-4 whistles at low flame.
When pressure cooker is cooled enough, open and mix it well (Do not mash).
Garnish with some ginger and capsicum strips and serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
You may add many more vegetables which is easily available to you and of your choice like, tomato, peas, beans, cauliflower etc.
Preferably cut all the vegetables of same size.
You may add more spices like red chili powder or green chili slitted.
Adjust salt as per your taste.
