A popular steamed Street food. Lots of vegetables with some spices packed in a whole wheat cover and steamed to eat. Traditionally this is made up with all purpose flour (Maida). But here i twisted the recipe using whole wheat flour (aata) instead of all purpose flour (Maida) to add some goodness while not compromising much with taste. Health Bhi,Taste Bhi!

Recipe Notes
- If serving to kids, adjust chili as per their tolerance level.
- If you want to use maida instead of gehu aata, just replace the flour and follow the same procedure.
- Use luke warm water while kneading the dough and knead it to stiff. Soft dough will not turn to nice momos.
- You may use any other vegetables also, as per your choice and easy availability.
- Serve it with Spicy Chutney.
