- 4-5 nos Spring Onion (Only white part Chopped)
- 2-3 Cloves garlic (Crushed)
- 2 Large Cucumber (Grated)
- 1 Large carrot (Grated)
- 2 tbsp Butter (Or Oil)
- 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour/ Maida
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 cup Water (Or Stock)
- To Taste Salt
- To Taste Black Pepper

Recipe Notes
- Be careful while adding milk, keep it stirring to avoid lumps or curdling.
- Vegans can substitute butter with shortening or oil and cow's milk with almond, soya or coconut milk.
- To increase the richness of the soup, you may top it with some cream, before serving.
- Adjust pepper and salt as per requirement.
- If serving to kids, adjust seasoning as per their tolerance.
