Ingredients
- 2.5 cup Milk
- 1 large Mango (Ripe)
- 0.5 cup Sabudana/ Pearl Tapioca (Small)
- 2 pinch Mango flavored food color (Optional)
- 5 tbsp Sugar (Or as required)
- 1 tsp Cardamom/ Elaichi (Powder)
- To Garnish Mango cubes

Instructions
- Now add soaked sabudana and mix well. Now reduce the flame, partially cover the pan and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes or until sabudana cooks completely and looks transparent, (You may also add some milk, if sabudana is not cooked and kheer is already thick.) The final consistency should be thick pouring. (keep stirring at regular intervals)
Recipe Notes
- Adjust sugar as per sweetness of mango.
- Stirring of milk after adding sabudana s important to avoid any lumps and burns.
- Food color is optional, you mal also add a pinch or turmeric powder for natural coloring.
- Garnish with any chopped fresh fruit/ dried fruit/dried nut etc and serve.
- For best taste serve chill.
- You may also make this in any other flavor than mango, like strawberry/ peach/ apple/ vanilla etc...
