Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Ghee (Or Oil)
- 1 medium onion (Sliced lengthwise)
- 1 Bunch Spring Onion (Chopped)
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (Crushed)
- 2 cup Rice Preparations (Boiled and preferably one day old)

- If you want more spicy you may toss with diagonally sliced green chilies also.
- Preferably use one day old boiled white rice.
- If you want to use freshly made rice, refrigerate rice for half an hour before frying.
