Ingredients
For Vada
- 1 cup Moong Daal (Yellow/ Dhuli Moong) (Washed and Soaked 4-5 hours)
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- To Fry Oil
For Chaat
- 2 cup Thick Curd
- 1 tbsp Dry roasted Cumin/ Bhuna Jeera
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Dry Mint (Crushed)
- 0.5 cup Sweet Chutney
- 0.5 cup Green Chutney (Optional)
- To Taste Salt

Recipe Notes
- You may also add urad daal while soaking with moond daal.
- Grind daal to smooth thick paste, use very little amount of water (Just required).
- You may also dep fry vadas, here i use appe pan, to give a healthier twist to recipe.
- Be gentle while squeezing vadas, it might break, if you applied more pressure.
- you may garnish according to your taste.
